			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><em>December 2009 - </em>Finishing up a great year, Oystercatcher filmed a ground-breaking surgical technique with Dr. Brian Cole of Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush.  Dr. Cole is a renowned sports-medicine surgeon and will be featuring this technical video at the 2010 American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons Conference in New Orleans.  The video highlights the technical approach to a procedure for young patients with shoulder arthritis where a humeral head osteochonral allograft and marrow stimulation of the glenoid were performed.</p>
