The video will highlight environmental building initiatives in Chicago, and will be played at Greenbuild 2009 in Phoenix and on the USGBC - Chicago website leading up to Greenbuild 2010 in Chicago.

Chicago’s Museum of Science and Industry

September 2009 - Oystercatcher will produce a video for the educational lab of the museum’s latest exhibit, You the Experience, opening in October 2009. The video will introduce the lab with a high-energy video exploring daily activities around emergency rooms and operating rooms of hospitals. It will be shot in late August at Mercy Hospital in Chicago.

Jackson Hole Wyoming Production

Shooting in Beaver Creek, CO

July 2009 - Oystercatcher just finished it’s second and final trip out to Beaver Creek, Colorado to shoot the Hyatt Beaver Creek with Octane Rich Media. The shoot highlighted both summer and winter activities around the ski-in resort at the base of the mountain. It was a great mix of action and aesthetics!

Tarle Speech and Language’s Latest

June 2009 - Oystercatcher to film the newest, and most ambitious video to date for Tarle Speech and Language. This four part, 20-minute video will look at how parents can communicate with their children to encourage speech. It will be shot entirely on green screen. Filming will take place in June.

Injured Reserve in Development

May 2009 - Oystercatcher has officially begun the development phase of its newest documentary, Injured Reserve: The Science of Athletic Injury, Treatment, and Rehabilitation. The first film in this series will focus on knee injuries. Shooting is expected to start later this year.

Filming Brain Interface Twitter at Madison

This ground breaking research has implications for many people with neurological deficits.

March 2009 - Oystercatcher, with its newest client, Flashlight Interactive, a division of Flashpoint Medica in New York, just wrapped on a studio shoot in Chicago for Genentech. Together, we produced a crossfire debate video between three leading doctors on the topic of rheumatoid arthritis. The video will be part of a new interactive site for Science Accelerated via Genentech Exchange (SAGE).
